A. by exercise. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

See for initial six months you cannot do anything you cannot even work out because you had a C-section softer six ones you can go for basic exercise and if you want to and that too after consulting the doctor and after 9 to 10 months only you can go ahead with full fledged exercise that you want to do because that’s the right time your internal stitches are going to hitWrite Your Answer Here
