Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which shoruld be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for ymuscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery..
Then u can start with yoga cycling jogging dance etc to reduce your belly fat.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
