A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking d also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits fdor adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

A. hi mam , please give some time to your body to get back in shape atleast 6 months after delivery till that period ,you can make dietary changes for this you can take green veggies, fresh fruits , sprouts etc more increase your fluid intake.
