A. Hello dear parent! Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Decrease the salt intake. Follow your doctor’s instructions. Good luck and take care.
