At this age start yoga and mild exercise at home only.
Avoid heavy exercise.

Regular exercise and yoga is very necessary to maintain health after delivery. Avoid heavy exercise like jumping or skipping.
Take proper balanced diet
take all types of food items, eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also.
Add all green vegetables in diet
Keep urself well hydrated all the time

If you go ahead with reducing down on to your body weight with an exercise or diet the best feeding is going to get affected feeding the child you really need to eat well so that you can produce good amount of milk and you do not suffer any kind of a deficiency
