mam,if it has been 6 months above after your delivery ,you can start to do abdominal exercises like abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, swimming etc.
you can start to do Suryanamashkar, matsyasan , dhanurashan also .
make dietary changes like prefer to take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
drink lots of fluids .
