Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! Have more water,fluids stay hydrated.
Give direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
Include lactating foods - Papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic,garlic milk,rusk,bread toast,saunf water,mutton kheema,milk and diary products in regular diet.
Daily have garlic in curries or garlic milk.
