how to overcome constipation problem mam, i am 2months pregnent and i got anal fissure surgery 2months back, so i am facing hard stool problem, plz suggests some remedies π

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello in your kids it would be better to check with your doctor since you are expecting mom and you have also under gone anal fisher surgery and your doctor should have to be giving you a fibre supplement which will help you get relief from the constipation problem
