How to make baby weight gain healthily??

A. Hi, Give 3 meals and 2-3 snacks in a day to your baby. Add ghee or home made butter in your baby food. Add dry fruits, paneer, cheese, curd, boiled egg etc in your baby diet. Give energy dense fruits and vegetables like banana chikku potatoes sweet potatoes etc along with other seasonal fruits and vegetables. Avoid giving thin soups and juices. Limit intake of milk as it fills the baby tummy leaving less space for solids. Also consult your pediatrician to rule out any nutritional deficiency.
