Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen.
it also depends upon the diet the child is taking.
so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements.
the child should be given different flavoursc and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.

RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. It should be at least 11 kg by the age of 18 months and little more by the time of 19 to 20 months so I would just say that you need to increase the weight of the child as per the basic standard so you can try and give more of proteins into the diet along with the regular food that you were giving to the child
