A. Hello mom for that you have to work on your diet and also some physical exercise is very important as both go hand in hand . So any physical exercise say preferably yoga for 30 to 45 mins is required and take care of your diet and be mindful of what you are eating and avoid sugary foods , fried , processed, refined foods
