A. actually are complete dedication is a must usually we gain weight after delivery so a complete workout once you baby starts off with the top food you can start off with a little bit of diet and exercise if you are a breastfeeding mother just concentrate on exercise that solve later on it takes a little time you can lose and you can do some exercise arm stretch exercise you can check in the YouTube
