Have small and frequent meals
Follow a balanced diet pattern
Include more proteins in your diet like dal, paneer, rajma, chana, sprouts, oats, soya, milk , curd in your breakfast lunch and dinner
Start your lunch and dinner with a glass of water and bowl of salad or fruits
Eat your food slowly
Have 2-3 litre of water every day
Reduce intake ghee and ghee rich food
Practice breathing exercise

Maintain hydration
Avoid junk food bakery products like bread and maida
Stay hydrated healthy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
