It’s Not recommended to go for weight loss during postpartum breastfeeding because it can affect the breastfeeding of your child as well and the amount of milk that you’re producing so have some patience once you quit breastfeeding completely as in by 6 to 8 months when you start with other kind of food then you start with dieting and exercise
