A. you can start some regular exercise after 3 to 4 months of cesarean section and also do some regular workout yoga cycling and reduction of extra calories specially junk food

A. good evening there are no exercises for dieting that can be started at the moment I would recommend you to just make sure that you are wearing a belt should be used at all times except when you are eating
