ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. fir a 10 month old 60 to 75 ml of water is fine.. Even when you start giving them purees or weaning food at around 6 months of age, breast milk and formula are still more important than water. to keep him or her hydrate
