how to know that my daughter is getting enough bm.? she is formula fed too whenever I don't breast feed her I don find any difference like whether my breast are full or empty I am concerned as she is just 5months old shall I stop breast feed or how it is

If your child is gaining sufficient amount of weight gain every month then that’s fine whether whether it is formula feeding of breastfeeding that we giving sufficient secondly if your breastfeeding also if your child is full for minimum two hours that means your breastfeeding is also sufficient still if you feel that you are not making sufficient amount or there is an issue in terms of feeding you can consult a lactation specialist
