Q.

How to know if baby is getting enough milk supply? my three month old baby ask for feeding every hour.. is this growth spurt or due to summer or not getting enough milk? plz also mention the food for good lactation..can I have curd, buttermilk?

A. this nay help you-Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then he or she is still hungry or tummy is not full yet.

A. dear mama with the growth of the age kids do demand for America and this is very natural you can start giving formula milk if you feel that your child is not having enough milk from you to increase milk supply you can start adding Jeera in your daily diet you need to stay hydrated and it healthy at regular intervals and yes you can have curd as well as buttermilk
