Include food like potato, sweet potato, banana, Chikoo, dry fruits, Chikoo, khichdi, soya beans, sprouts, paneer, milk, curd, dal, oats , adding ghee to food or prepare food in ghee, cheese in their diet for weight gain
Physical exercise and asanas like tadasan helps to boost height growth
Include tomato, beetroot and carrot juice, paneer, curd, milk, chola, soyabean in their diet for height gain
