Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. just try to take a healthy diet with plenty of liquid and high fibre it will increase the milk production regarding this concern further you can dicuss with the doctor if any such queries or dodubts are there it will be cleared . your doctor will give guidance as needed.

Ou You should definitely have good amount of water it’s very very important about 4 to 5 L of water or liquid whatever you having along with that it’s very important to consume wood Phiber is tired and proteins as a less fibre does play a very important role and lastly you should go ahead with good lactation supplements as well
