A. if you are facing any problems regarding breastfeeding during your lactation period it is always better to take help from your lactation expert who will recommend you various methods for improvement. the phenomena of breastfeeding is completely related to hormones andnd the signal sent to the brain with your thoughts so it is very important to stay positively motivated and continue to put efforts.medicines re not of much help.if there is then you can apply cold press locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe during this period.

A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal with nuts, dry fruits, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, brown rice, avocado, garlic, eggs, fennel seeds, ghee, legumes and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
