A. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often.drink water / fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet. Take care
