Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder with milk. Burping and patting on back is important.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu need to eat right and healthy diet. Include green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Avoid raw vegetables.as that is not good for breast milk. And drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply.
