How to increase mother milk with good fat ...what already the food should take

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very important to consume all types of home made food and specially you should take plenty of water and milk which should be at least 500 ml and you should consume dry fruits along with seasonal fruits and vegetables

You may take leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks
Take sunbath daily
Walk more
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits
