how to increase lactation? what other brand u suggest for bottle feed?

A. Here are some tips that have really worked for me so far. 1. Eating diet rich in vitamins and proteins will help in quantity as well as quality increment of milk. Also, your body needs them the most now. 2. This is something which shows you result from day 1. Drink lots and lots of water. More than usual. Definitely milk supply will increase. 3. Keeping the baby close to you body really helps in indicating the body for more milk supply. 4. Lastly, if you use pump or breastfeed, keep doing this for 2-3 minutes more even when there is no milk coming, thereby indicating the body to produce more the next time. Good luck!
