Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should eat right and healthy diet. Avoid junk food as much as possible. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, . Drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Add jeera in your diet.
