A. Have lot of skin to skin sessions with your baby. This is called kangaroo therapy. It improves Breastmilk, improves baby weight and encourages Breastfeeding. Even babies in NICU are allowed to do this. And the key is to feed frequently which will inturn increase your milk supply. In ur case if u r not feeding directly then pump.often. Milk secretion increases based on demand. So more and more your baby sucks or tries to feed or u pump ur milk supply will increase. Garlic or Garlic milk, fenugreek seeds, nuts, oats, green leafy vegetables, ridge gourd, bottle gourd, pumpkin, pulses. Including these in your daily diet can increase milk supply. Also check with your gynecologist and get some supplement like galact granules prescribed. It can also increase breastmilk.
