Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent. I ou just eat roghanf healthy. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, vegetables soup and fruit juice etc, drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Ad lactonic granules in the milk. Also add jeera in your diet.
