Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. you can take shatavari with milk daily , and add fruits and vegetables to your diet , milk and milk products, proteins ,plenty of fluids etc you can take to increase supply and if you are facing very less formation then do consult with your gynaecologist for some lactating medication
