Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy1 month agoA. Hey! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera and saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation specialist for proper guidance in this situation.
