how to increase breast milk? my breast get tight and full some days and some days very loose. any powder or medicine needed?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello if the milk secretion is low then you can have lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also you shuld have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabhaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and also include khus khus
