A. Hello dear parent! As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding.
