how to increase breast milk madam? I am using Fenugreek tablets for breastmilk. I want to increase more milk for my baby boy

Drink lots of milk and milk products proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder .

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
