Dear to increase breast milk output you should drink more water,add lots of healthy fibre stuff in your diet.have rice daily,Moong dal and Masoor dal eat on alternative day as these days helps to increase milk output.add dryfruits in diet....these remedies will help to increase milk output.if still milk production is low,use galact granules 1tsp two times in acup of milk
