ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. take milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.
