How to give potato and sweet potato as now its winter ghee butter can cause congestion in 8m ols is it so??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Ghee can be used in small quantity as it will not lead to congestion abd it can be given in boiled abd mashed form to the baby take care stay safe

DikshaMom of a 3 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. potato and sweet potato can be given in mashed boiled for or in puree form, you can also add other veggies like spinach, bottle gaurd, carrot, beans to the puree.
