A. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. start with walk and slowly switch to simple exercises as jogging or running... skipping etc as per body comfort

A. You can try exercises it helps. try to start with some basic exercises like walking. Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial.Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try to Avoid carbs and sugar to reduce weight faster. Both diet and exercises wil' on'y help in weight loss.
