A. If your question is about keeping baby healthy, then the best way is to include fresh, home cooked, nutritious foods alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Include Vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables like mausambi, orange, kiwi, pineapple, papaya, guava, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, dry fruits, etc. to boost immunity. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in the surroundings. Keep him active and engaged in physical activities.
