give five meals, this includes two healthy snacks ,give more than One Katori every time.
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg,
vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits.
dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese.
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.
