ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk with good proteins supplements.

Juhi JajodiaMom of a 3 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Galact granules worked for me. the more the baby sucks, more will be your breast milk. Keep feeding or pumping at every 2 hours. (Also, I hear masur daal and kala jeera works well)
