is it normal to have watery breast milk?can anyone suggest me some supplements to enhance the quality of breast milk

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day and cap lactare twice a day. when you start feeding. fore milk comes it's watery but slowly when baby is feeling more than 5 minutes.. hind milk start coming.. that's fat. do don't remove your breast inbetween feeding session

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Yes If you want you can go ahead with fenugreek capsules are supposed to be quite nice in general I am sure you will get good results after using it your breastfeeding is also going to be better after that so you can definitely try
