How to deal with postpartum stress after pregnancy ?

A. well you can tty yo surround with family so that they can share your emotions abd tge work load.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. post partum depression is common after delivery.. try to find time for your self.. do something that you like to do as reading singing,meditation, play musical instruments,speaking to others, .. try to enjoy your motherhood..
