ExpertAlapati HariPaediatrician7 years agoA. Hi. Diaper rash is due to moisture accumulation between skin and diaper, apply coconut oil or Vaseline every 2-3 hours. Keep the area open not even a cloth around. Apply diaper rash cream or coconut oil on a regular basis before every diaper change to avoid it next time.

When it comes to hygiene for babies, changing the diapers at regular intervals of time is an important aspect. After changing the diaper, clean his bottom with soft baby wipes.
