Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with marnagement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bactecrial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

U Should completely stop giving milk to the child for the timing which is what is going to be important things along with that also I am going to advise you that you should consult your doctor for proper treatment and medication in the meanwhile you can give more of banana code 0RS water regularly and zinc supplement
