how to confirm that my baby is getting enough milk??

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. When baby is full with feed, he/she will not be cranky or have a sound sleep. From your side, you need to make sure to feed in every 3-4 hours depending on every breastmilk intake. Also, include nutritious daily diet to have good breastmilk supply. Latch baby for atleast 15-20 minutes from each side.
