A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine outpu t t t should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding
