You should actually keep cleaning the nose with a soft cloth if the child is having running nose and continuously apply a good cream around the nose which is going to help in protecting dryness in this nose otherwise when you constantly clean the skin becomes dry and rough and if the nose is dried out then you can use a NASAl aspirator
