how to build concentration?

A. hi to build child's concentration , please do the following things: first as Healthy body has Healthy mind please give Healthy diet. limit your child sugar and salt intake. avoid giving outside food. keep your child well hydrated practice yoga or mediation daily. keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc.
