Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key rolet in this. Multivitamin syrup ylike syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

Fever is a response to some kind of infection in the body search chalice constantly suffering with fever then I suggest you to get a blood test done for your child because the test is only going to reveal what is the problem in what can be done further The
