Anchal GoyalMom of a 3 yr 2 m old child3 years agoA. Covishield and Covaccine are classified as inactivated (Non-live) vaccines. These vaccines will not cause any harm to the breastfed child if a lactating mother takes the shot. Your ataying healthy is also important so go for it.
